I. Schedule Confirmation Policy

After completing the service booking, we will send a confirmation email to the registered email address to confirm your itinerary. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details and notifying us immediately if there are any errors.

For pickup convenience, we reserve the right to provide the driver with the following customer information: full name, address, flight number, and contact phone number.

II. Driver Waiting Time Policy

Driver Waiting Time

In most standard transportation cases, the driver will wait for up to 15 minutes at the designated pickup location. After this waiting period, we reserve the right to cancel the trip without compensation or additional waiting fees.

For airport pickup services, we will monitor the landing time based on the flight number and arrange the vehicle accordingly, even if the flight is delayed due to the airline.

Customer Waiting Time

The driver will arrive on time at the agreed pickup location. If the driver does not arrive within 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time for Noi Bai Airport transfers, or 30 minutes for long-distance trips, the customer has the right to use an alternative transportation service, and we will reimburse the corresponding price difference.

III. Schedule Changes and Cancellation Policy

For Noi Bai Airport Transfer Services

If you wish to add a stop or extend the waiting time, please inform us as early as possible so that we can update the quotation and notify the driver.

If any changes are requested after meeting the driver and during the trip (e.g., additional stops, extended waiting time, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any additional charges requested by the driver if the changes are made without our prior confirmation.

For Other Long-Distance Transportation Services

If you cancel a round trip after completing the one-way trip, we will charge a one-way fee equivalent to 80% of the round-trip price, plus any additional incurred surcharges (if applicable).

For any changes, please notify us as early as possible so we can promptly update the driver or adjust vehicle arrangements.

All changes requested after meeting the driver and during the trip must be confirmed with us immediately. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by the driver if the changes were made without our prior confirmation.

V. Other Regulations

Please do not smoke or consume food and beverages that may cause hygiene issues inside the vehicle.

In cases of force majeure (such as earthquakes, storms, floods, or road closures), we reserve the right to cancel the service, arrive later than scheduled, or request customers to move to an alternative pickup location if traffic restrictions affect vehicle access.
